On our 2013 photography expedition, Jewels of the Arctic, videographer Abraham Joffe from Untitled Filmworks in Sydney joined us to shoot a promotional video for Joshua and the trips I am co-leading with him in 2014.
As you can see, the Jewels of the Arctic trip offers some truly amazing scenery. The amazing cultural experience of visiting the Inuit village of Ittoqqortoormiit is a real eye opener of how people survive in what can be an extremely harsh environment, the grandeur of Scoresby Sund, the vast expanse of pack ice as we head further North and of course the intense beauty of Spitsbergen.
This video shows some of the amazing experiences that are on offer on the Jewels of the Arctic expeditions. Apart from seeing some amazing scenery and experiencing what can only be described as a life changing experience, a great chance to further refine and develop your techniques, our expeditions are a great social experience with an amazing sense of camaraderie that develops between fellow photographers that for me personally has developed into some great friendships.
